PROCESS THAT LIQUID STEEL BECOMES SOLID STEEL
The molten steel still in liquid form is injected into a mold and it is cooled and solidified while passing through a continuous casting machine, and is made of intermediate materials such as slabs, blooms and billets.
DUMMY BAR
In the process, boom is transformed into a billet through a bloom rolling mill and processed into a wire rod through a wire mill.
LADLE TURRET
In addition, the slab is produced as a thick plate through a plat mill or as hot rolled steel plate through a hot rolling mill. We manufacture and assemble dummy bars, ladle turrets, molds, tundish cars to deliver them to domestic and overseas steelworks.
